1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Primastat Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Primastat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Primastat provides data infrastructure, pipeline engineering, and observability services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to: data pipeline development, database architecture design, dashboard creation, and ongoing technical support.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant appropriate access to systems and data as required
• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Use delivered work in accordance with licensing agreements

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom code, configurations, and documentation created specifically for your project will be owned by you upon full payment. Primastat retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and know-how developed during the engagement for other clients.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and business information as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of our engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primastat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning any ongoing work.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
